This Giving Tuesday help Fund 360° wraparound services including housing assistance, workforce training and development, financial literacy transportation, and childcare so 200+ people gain lasting stability.
When storms hit, individuals (and families) start drifting: eviction, hunger, trauma, job loss all at once. Traditional service models function in silos: a food bank here, a shelter there, a job program somewhere else. One crisis gets patched while three more flare up. People spend their lives running from fire to fire, never moving forward.
At Anchor Community Hub, we drop a real anchor. Our proven 360° Wraparound Services surround each person with whatever they need to stop drifting and start thriving.
• Housing and rental assistance
• Financial literacy and basic life skills, job training, and workforce development
• Childcare and mental health resources and referrals
• Food, transportation and utility help
• Active accompaniment by case manager for support and advocacy until stability is achieved.
